Roy Home Base and Primary Service Counties
Roy, Utah is our home base and the anchor for scheduling, travel, and project logistics.
Our three primary service counties are:
Davis County — Layton, Clearfield, Kaysville, Farmington, Bountiful, and surrounding communities. View Davis County page.
Weber County — Ogden, North Ogden, South Ogden, Roy, and surrounding communities. View Weber County page.
Salt Lake County — Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Sandy, and surrounding communities. View Salt Lake County page.
These counties receive priority because proximity to Roy keeps travel efficient and allows same-day response for inquiries during normal availability.

Projects Outside the Primary Counties
We consider projects elsewhere in Utah when the overall economics make sense. The factors that determine fit:
Scope — Larger or more specialized projects justify the additional travel. Small one-off tasks at the outer edge of the state generally do not.
Price — The project value needs to support the travel and scheduling commitment.
Schedule — The project timeline needs to align with current availability and crew deployment.
Access and site conditions — Remote sites, restricted access, or seasonal limitations affect whether the project is practical.
Travel — Distance from Roy determines drive time, fuel, lodging, and how the project fits into the broader work schedule.
Being outside Davis, Weber, or Salt Lake County does not automatically disqualify a project. It means we evaluate the full picture before confirming. Send the location and project details for a straight answer.

What We Need to Confirm Fit
Geographic fit is one part of the equation. To confirm whether your project works, send:
Location — City, county, ZIP code, or property address.
Project type — New home, commercial building, multifamily, framing, tenant improvement, remodeling, exterior upgrade, or other supported scope.
Your role — Whether you are the builder, homeowner, commercial owner, or property investor, and the role you need Cornerstone to fill.
Scope details — Plans, drawings, photos, measurements, finish notes, or a description of the work.
Site conditions — Access limitations, occupancy constraints, demolition needs, or anything that affects scheduling.
Timing — Target start date, project stage, and any deadlines driving the schedule.
Budget context — A rough price range or budget framework helps us evaluate scope and phasing options before the first conversation.
The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can confirm project fit and move into an estimate conversation.
